Adding ´pop up´ lists

To add a 'PopUp' or Drop Down List to a form, press the button on the 'Form Tools' toolbar. A Popup field will appear on the form, and the Properties window  for it will appear.

Set the Field ID to 'Cats' (for Categories) and the data as 'Static Text List'. Add the various types of Categories you wish to keep ('Programming', 'Education', 'Personal', Etc.) to the list.

Note: PopUps can be used to reference a list of values from another database table, but that's a subject for later.

Move the PopUp field under the Text field, add a label, and the following is what your form should look like. The first option in a popup will normally be displayed until another value is selected. This can be changed for 'static' popups, but defaults to 'all' for dynamic (linked to another database).

Compile and install the app on your palm at this point, and it will 'remember' and display the category selected for all URL's you entered.
