Sorting databases (available in Registered Version only)

Sorting allows your database to be kept in order by a 'key' field, making searching and organizing information much easier.

To make a text field the 'Key' for your database, double click the field to bring up it's properties window

Then check the 'Sort Database by this field' box. The database will then be kept in order by this field.
