Adding Alarm Fields

An alarm field (one per form) can be added to PDA Toolbox apps.   To add an alarm field, select to add a field, and select 'alarm' from the 'Field Type' drop down.

When selected by the user, it will ask for date and time for the alarm to go off.
When that time arrives, the alarm will go off, and that record will be retrieved and displayed on the Palm.

HINT: 'Alarm' fields will show the Date and Time of the alarm on the Palm screen IF the field is large enough. Make sure it is wide enough, or make it deep enough for two lines (that way date will be on top, and time on the bottom).
